Mr. Lee has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer of First Interstate BancSystem, Inc. since September 2026. Mr. Lee brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in banking, technology, operations, and business transformation. Prior to joining First Interstate, he held several executive leadership positions at Seacoast Bank in Florida, including Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and most recently Chief Operations and Technology Officer. He also served as an independent strategic consultant for a publicly traded banking institution and held senior leadership roles with American Express International, Bonnier Corporation, and BGT Partners (now PwC Digital Services).
Throughout his career, Mr. Lee has been recognized for building high-performing teams, leading complex organizational transformations, and leveraging technology to deliver meaningful business results. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis and a Master of Business Administration from University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
